Whether you’re looking to ride 25 miles or complete your first century or half century ride, Couch to Cycling gives you training programs and workouts to get you adventure ready. Our straight-forward plans are designed for beginners. We provide you with 3-4 workouts per week for 8-12 weeks, that are specifically designed to train your endurance. Workout interval intensities are based on "The Talk Test", which does not require a heart rate monitor, power meter or any special equipment. The "The Talk Test" is a simple way to measure intensity based how much you can talk during exercise.
